1.5 THIRD PARTY EPC CONTRACTOR shall mean any company other than LICENSOR engaged by LICENSEE to perform engineering, procurement and/or construction services for the realization of the PLANT, as part of the New Cheboksary Gas Processing Plant, being understood that THIRD PARTY EPC CONTRACTOR shall not be a RELATED LICENSOR.

1.19 RELATED LICENSOR(S) shall mean any third party company (including its affiliates and subsidiaries) which is a competitor (e.g. technology developer or licensor) competing with LICENSOR in the applicable specific technology area of fractionation of natural gas to recover Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) as a mixture or as individual components. It is understood that such definition also includes any other engineering contractor who has a general agreement with any of such direct competitors for the implementation of similar processing units.
