| По-моему, Вы неправильно разделили предложение на смысловые группы. Of the market purchase price относится не к off-taker, а к payment. А off-taker (он же offtaker) - клиент, покупатель, потребитель (client, customer, recipient of the end-product). |
| It is not his/her fault. The real culprit is the author of this sentence with a misplaced modifier. I wish so-called "native English speakers" sometimes read their own English grammar books... |
