the software will be free to the best of Developer’s ability of any “virus”, “worm”, which could impair the Company’s use of the same; and that (a) the occurrence in or use by the software of dates relating to the turn of the century will not adversely affect the performance, operation or use of the software; (b) the software will not abnormally end or provide invalid or incorrect results as a result of date dependent data; and (c) it can accurately recognize, manage, accommodate, and manipulate date dependent data, including, without limitation, single and multi-century formulas and leap years;
