Subject: Distribution manag. First,100% to the Limited Partners pro rata until the aggregate distributions to the Limited Partners pursuant to this clause equals the amount of the Preferred Return then due. The Preferred Return shall equal to 10% per annum cummulative return on the Limited Partners aggregate Capital Contributions from the date of advancement to the Fund of such amoounts until the date such amounts were returned
