2 options:
* Physical settlement: client delivers the ADRs and gets the cap in cash (no
stamp duty reserve tax), which can be used for loan repayment
* Cash settlement and client keeps the shares. The MV of the shares will be at
cap level minimum, i.e. 27.3% above the loan level (108.85% / 85.5% -1).

Если биржевой курс >цены исполнения опциона «пут», клиент исполняет 2 опциона «колл»:
* Расчет в натуре: клиент предоставляет депозитарные расписки и **получает прибыль по фиксированной максимальной процентной ставке.**
