Subject: Проверьте два пункта параграфа контракта про Latent Defects, пожалуйста Перевод с украинского на английский.Оригинал 4.1. Приймання ТОВАРУ по кiлькостi та якостi проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ в день його отримання вiд ПРОДАВЦЯ, ПОКУПЕЦЬ зобов'язаний перевiрити комплектнiсть, цiлiстнiсть тари, пломб на нiй (при ïх наявностi), а також вiдсутнiсть ознак пошкодження ТОВАРУ i у випадку ïх виявлення негайно, до закинчення приймання, письмово заявити ПРОДАВЦЮ. При видсутностi такоï заяви ТОВАР вважаэться прийнятим ПОКУПЦЕМ. Мой перевод 4.1. Acceptance of the Goods according to quantity and quality shall be done by the Buyer on the day of its receipt from the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to check configuration, pack integrity and seals on it (if any), as well as any signs of damage of the Goods, and shall immediately notify the Seller in writing before the end of the acceptance in case they are detected. The Goods shall be considered accepted by the Buyer in the absence of such notification. Оригинал 4.2. Акт про прихованi недолiки ТОВАРУ повинен бути складений ПОКУПЦЕМ вiдповiдно до вимог Iнструкцiï № II-7 "Про порядок приймання продукцiï виробнично-технiчного призначення i товарiв народного споживання по якостi". Акт складаэться з обов'язковою участю представника ПРОДАВЦЯ та експерта територiального органу торгово-промисловоï палати Украïни. Мой перевод 4.2. Report for Latent Defects shall be drawn up by the Buyer in accordance with the requirements of Instruction No II-7 “On procedure of quality acceptance for industrial products and consumer goods”. The Report shall be drawn up with obligatory participation of the Buyer’s representative and the expert of regional (territorial??) agency of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. особенно сомневаюсь по поводу Report for Latent Defects .... |
