Subject: speak for - свидетельствовать? Помогите, пожалуйста.Можно ли перевести "этот факт говорить о том-то/свидетельствует" с помощью speak for? Если нет, то какие глаголу лучше использовать? |

This is a rather awkward construction in English. I think it will often be better to reword the sentence, but in general, the following verbs can be used: this fact indicates/ demonstrates/ suggests/ shows (that)... in some contexts, you could use "say" or "tell" For example, "What does this fact say about...?" |
