Subject: affiliate (definition) "Affiliates" of a party shall mean an entity which is (i) directly or indirectly controlling such party; (ii) under the same direct or indirect ownership or control as such party; or (iii) directly or indirectly owned or controlled by such party. на счет - пишется вместе не опускать (ii) находится в общей прямой или косвенной собственности или под общим прямым или косвенным контролем вместе с такой стороной; |
