Statement of Employment is a legal document, not, strictly speaking a contract, in which basic terms and conditions of employment are set out. Не "справка для посольства".

Письмо-справка (для посольств) пишется на бланке компании, подписывается начальником отдела кадров или руководящим лицом компании или вышестоящим руководителем работника с правом подписи. Еще раз повторяю: ООО - это не LLC.
