Subject: уставы securit. помогите ещё раз!видимо тормоз-не получимла ни одного ответа-чё-то не так сделала походу!Whenever any notice is required to be given under the provision of the Statutes or of the Certificate of Incorporation or of these By-laws, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the person or persons entitled to said notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent thereto. спасибо терпеливым людям! |
