Subject: cap on damages Здравствуйте коллеги. Не могу взять в толк данное выражение. Контекст: "Any cap on damages payable by a supplier to the Company requires Purchases Band IV and Legal review but does not require special approval under the Decision Authority". Речь идет о заранее оцененных убытках (liquidated damages). Есть идеи? Спасибо.
