First of all it is important that everybody understands the definition.

Therefore I kindly ask you to clarify the definition of sales to foreign customers (indicated by me below) to all the sales departments on horizontal level.

Only when you have given the order to all sales departments on how the definition should be interpreted each individual sales manager (independent of department) will work accordingly and cooperate between departments. We will avoid misunderstandings, save time and efforts that we instead can be spend to make the sales grow.
