coney dogs - are Coney Island style Hotdogs. Coney Island is a place in Brooklyn with a very old and famous amusement park. They sell hot dogs there. Nathan's chain has been around forever, as have other mom and pop stands. Coney Island dogs are often (usually) served with chili and cheese on top. Yummy!! Although not before you ride teh Cyclone

Cheese steak sandwiches - most famous are Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. It's pieces of thinly sliced beef (roasted, usually) with lots of oozing melted cheese and cooked onions, between a rather large, long white bun.

Scrapple is a dish made in the American South, Philly, Maryland, etc, it uses minced pork, spices, and cornmeal (sometiems buckwheat flower or other starch substitute), all this is simmered, cooked down, chilled, baked, whatever, eventually it comes out looking like a meat loaf. It's served with ketchup or hot cream. There are many versions of this dish, but it's mainly a spiced mince pork mealoaf type thing. And great cause for a heart attack.

Fried pork tenderloin sandwich - probably just what it says. A sandwich, as in on a bread bun, fried piece of pork meat, with whatever trimmings.
