Как вариант: The contract may be concluded subject to confirmation of competence and powers of the Executive Director, with presentation of an excerpt from the Company's AoA. |

А еще можно и так изъ...ся: The contract may only be signed subject to the condition that the e. director's powers and legal capacity are [properly] confirmed and the relevant extract from the company's charter is furnished. |

I'd love to know first what's the context. You guys sure it's contract language ? I am not at all. The language is legally absurd--plain stupid--for a contract, even though Russian :-). What if it's a legal opinion ? Or a DD ? :-) |
