The intent of the criteria included in this document is to provide the Design-Build Firm, who shall be the "ARCHITECT OF RECORD", a guide in preparing the permitting and construction documents for the proposed building. Construction Documents shall be prepared and sealed by a licensed architect. The schematic design documents issued with these criteria indicate design intent. Deviations from the schematic design by the "ARCHITECT OF RECORD" for code compliance; technical detailing and discipline co-ordination should be identified by the architect of record and reviewed by Johnson Controls
