Metal stair or prefab concrete stairs with stainless steel handrails to be provided to the first floor. Handrails at backside trucks parked at side loading positions to be provided (see floor plan) Handrails at stairs to enter lowered back loading floors. Handrails around side loading bays to be provided as indicate on floor. ELEVATOR An elevator to be installed for the supply of goods to office and canteen and also to be used for disabled employees
