Subject: Рублёвское шоссе
Could you advise me how I should translate Рублёвское шоссе into English? Which variant is more common Rublyovskoye Road or Rublyovskoye Highway? Thank you in advance.

Rublyovskoe Shosse will do in any context, especially in mail address.

But the English won't probably be able to understand what Shosse means. And it's not a post address, just a conversation.

Так ведь для русского (москвича) Рублевка - это не дорога, а понятие! Может у Вас такой контекст?
Рублевское шоссе (улица) - Rublyovskoe Shosse
Рублевское шоссе (загородное шоссе) - можно дать Rublyovo Highway
Жить по Рублевскому шоссе - to live in the Rublyovo Highway reaches/sector, to be part of the Rublyuvo Highway society, etc.

Thank you, but maybe R. Road sounds better than R. Highway?..

Consider "Rouble Road" instead :-)
