Option: These Rules/Regulations shall apply to all staff employees of the Branch other than foreign/expat personnel, employed at the Branch, outsourced part-time personnel working in the Branch, or trainees enrolled in/assigned to internship programs for a period of over 40 days. The employment and compensation terms and conditions for such employees shall be set forth in their respective employment agreements/contracts. |
