Interactive MultiMedia means the exploitation of an Interactive MultiMedia Work by means of a computing device that allows the Interactive MultiMedia Work to be directly perceived and manipulated by the user of the computing device and that .either stores the Interactive MultiMedia Work on the user's computing device or accesses a Copy of the Interactive MultiMedia Work by electronic means from another computing device interconnected with and located in the immediate vicinity of the user's computing device or by means of a one-way or two-way network.
