1. Залог - одно из видов обеспечения (security type), соответственно понятие "security" (обеспечение) шире, чем залог (pledge). 2. Если залог регулируется российским правом (а я полагаю, что в Вашем случае так оно и есть), то необходимо говорить: В принципе, если текст предполагает общее понятие обременения в ОБЩЕЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОМ смысле, то можно говорить и о collateral. |
