Заказчик может в одностороннем порядке изменить Правила, предупредив об этом Исполнителя за 30 (Тридцать) дней посредством рассылки электронного сообщения с изменениями к Договору. В случае, если Заказчик изменил Правила, а Исполнитель не согласился с изменениями в письменной форме в период, указанный в уведомлении, действие Договора прекращается с момента указанном в уведомлении.

The Customer can unilaterally modify the terms of the present Agreement having notified the Contractor about it at least 30 days by sending the electronic notice and the modified text of the Agreement to the Contractor. If the Contractor does not agree with the modifications in the written form within the requested period the Agreement becomes invalid.

The Customer may modify the Rules unilaterally by sending to the Contractor a 30 day prior electronic notice specifying the modifications to the Agreement (???). If the Customer modifies the Rules and the Contractor disagrees with the modifications in writing within the period stated/set forth/stipulated in the notice, this Agreement shall be terminated as of the date stated/set forth/stipulated in the notice.
