Please be informed that we have some difficulties with potential investigation site T.
I had contacted with Prof. T on 3 Sep 2007, the feasibility questionnaires were sent in that day. We received completed questionnaires on 18 Oct 2007 only. Owing to pressing engagements Prof. T unable the disscusion about the possible date of Pre-study visit will be after the 9 of November.

As we need to select all sites till the end of November, возможность участия данного центра T вызывает некоторые опасения.

Что хотела сказать по русски:
Я хочу проинформировать, что у нас есть некоторые трудности с потенциальным исследовательским центром Т.
Я связывалась с проф. Т. 3 сен . вопросники были отправлены в этот же день. Мы получили заполненые опросники только 18 окт. В связи с большой занятостью проф. Т обсуждение возможной даты Pre-study визита будет возможно только после 9 нояб. Так как мы должны выбрать все центры до конца ноября, возможность участия данного центра T вызывает некоторые опасения.

I contacted Prof. T on 3 Sep 2007, the feasibility questionnaires were sent on the same day. We received completed questionnaires on 18 Oct 2007 only. Owing to pressing engagements of Prof. T it will only be possible to disscuss the prospective date of the Pre-study visit after 9 November.
As we need to select all sites till the end of November, the probability of involving/engaging site T is somewhat doubtful.
