Distribution screw conveyor transfers material to OPTI thickness screen. OPTI thickness screen screens material and oversized particles are transferred to reversible screw conveyor which transfers them to reject or rechipper. After rechipper the material goes back to distribution screw conveyor.

Accepted material passes through OPTI thickness screen and falls to the Pocket Roll. Pocket Roll screens material and accepted material goes to the belt conveyor and forward to the bucket belt elevator. Bucket belt elevator lifts material up to silos where is located reversible belt conveyor. Bucket belt elevator can be by-passed by the motor operated gate then material goes to pile.
