Subject: Cлово "carry" как существительное в части описания вознаграждения за подбор персонала busin. Здравствуйте!Помогите понять слово "carry" в данном контексте: 1. Agency bases fees on one third of the total first year’s compensation for each successful candidate. Оба абзаца из одного и того же соглашения между работодателем и рекрутинговой фирмой о подборе директора для ПИФа. Заранее спасибо! |

Боинг, чуть уточню - "бонус в виде части дохода от удачных инвестиций" речь все таки идет о вознаграждении директора ПИФа и о том, что рекрутер надеется получить часть вознаграждения как права на получение части таких бонусов. Вот закрутил!:) |
