Я перевела USP Class 1 Residual Solvents Mixture RS - "смесь остаточных растворителей рекомендуемого стандарта фармокопеи США"

dilute with water to volume - "разбавить водой до определенного объема (?)"

Standard Stock Solution - просто "стандартный раствор"
