Мой сырой вариант: In general, it was a sort of "for the record" meeting and most resolutions approved are featured with the words: 'to clarify", to make clear", "to pay attention". Рассмотрю все предложенные варианты :) |

| ly, i thought u were akling how to best translate protokolnyi into english. i think here u cannot sum it up in one word, try as u may. i think it would be better to say, the cabinet meeting turned out to be a mere formality with the discussion limited to such recommendations as "refinement pending," "requires clarification," "subject to further discussion," do bear in mind, it is but a suggestion. i have just come up with it on the fly and am not prepared to face the firing squad for any faults/inaccuracies contained therein |
