1.1.After execution of the loan agreement between the Buyer and the Buyer’s Bank, the Seller receives XX % (XX percent) of the total Contract value from the Buyer’s Bank as detailed below:

1.1.1 For civil construction fee:
XX% (XX percent) of the Civil Construction fee shall be paid on the monthly basis within XX (XX) banking days against presentation of the following documents:
(a) One copy of the monthly statement (format as Appendix 11) for civil works prepared by the Seller and approved by the Buyer

Вопрос был у меня к statement. Возможно ли производить оплату на основании ежемесячного отчета о строительных работах в Китае? У нас, как я понимаю, оплата производится на основании акта приемки выполненных работ.

Или китайцы не то слово употребили? Или вообще имели ввиду другое?
