The following sequence of commissioning certification will be complied with by the CONTRACTOR:
- Certificate C1- Construction completion – equipment has been built to drawing and specification and is safe to run individually. C1’s must be issued for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, structural and piping.
- Certificate C2 - Cold commissioning – equipment has been direction tested and has been dry run.
- Certificate C3 - Wet commissioning – equipment has been water flushed and the water balance tested. FeSi testing of DMS to ensure satisfaction with the circuits operational requirements.
