Subject: dispose shares Пожалуйста, подскажите, из двух вариантов, которые дает мультитран для этой фразы, все-таки какую вернее будет употребить в договоре подписки на акции:изымать или продавать акции? Выражение встречается в следующем контексте: The Company and the Subscriber hereby acknowledge and agree that immediately following the Closing the Subscriber shall become the sole legal and beneficial owner of the Shares and as such shall have an unlimited and unqualified right at any time to sell, transfer, assign, exchange, dispose, charge, pledge or otherwise deal in any manner whatsoever with all or any of the Shares Заранее спасибо |
