Spin-out эквивалентно spinoff: "A new, independent company created through selling or distributing new shares for an existing part of another company." Т.е. можно, не вдаваясь в подробности, перевести как отделившаяся или отпочковавшаяся компания. |
| Не совсем согласна с Евой. Spin-out companies иногда создаются для того, чтобы проводить испытания, развивать, продвигать и пр. какое-нибудь отдельное открытие, разработку, технологию и т.д. В данном случае такая компания, видимо, создается под конкретный проект. Не могу пока найти эквивалента в русском языке. |
