Subject: for the costs of any items For the purposes of Clause 10.2, 10.3 and 23.5, CONTRACTOR shall not be liable to COMPANY for the costs of any items which are specified in the CONTRACT as items to be provided by COMPANY or items which were previously provided by COMPANY.
