In the event of occupational accident affecting an employee the medical report is directly submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office with appropriate action applied against the employee if investigation of circumstances surrounding the accident provides evidence of/uncovers safety irregularities. Each employer is obliged/bound to ensure safety of its employees. We cannot put at risk/engender health of our personnel/workers. |
