Subject: проверьте , пожалуйста, одно предложение Сегодня приходится констатировать, что на уровне закона до сих пор не определено, что для отзыва лицензии у кредитной организации в связи нарушением ею нормативно-правовых требований, необходимо установить, что эти нарушения носили действительно существенный характер и создавали реальную угрозу интересам вкладчиков и кредиторов.мой вариант: Nowadays we have to acknowledge that up to this day the necessity to prove that the license withdrawal following the violations of the regulatory requirements by a credit institution was due to the material character of these violations jeopardizing the interests of depositors and creditors, has not been established at the legislative level. понятно, что тут к чему относится, или все же надо предложение разбить ? спасибо! |
