Subject: information subpoena law What's the correct way to translate the name of the document "Information Subpoena", coming from the US to Russia (they are sending it by certified mail and command that the recipients answer to all the questions in the attached questionnaire in writing, under oath, within 7 days)? I thought "информационная судебная повестка" will not work, since "повестка" implies the recipient needs to come to court and testify, etc. Would "повестка на предоставление информации" work?
