Subject: еще одно непонятное предложение... Помогите, пожалуйста, понять предложение, а то мозги уже совсем на работают:(The Agent shall carry out the Transactions under which the securities in the property of the Client are to be traded on the account of the third party only with the prior written approval of the Client (paralelly the Agent shall inform the Client about the consequences of such Transactions). Что такое это "to be traded on the account of the third party"? Спасибо огромное заранее! |

| это плохой английский. Наверно, продаются в пользу третьего лица (и переводятся на его счет) только с предварительного письм. согласия Клиента |
