Imho: -The Parties shall inform each other of [the latest] market sales progress and notable market developments. However, throughout the effective period/duration/ or on its expiration of this Memorandum, ХХ shall treat as confidential information on its suppliers and customers and duly inform ХХХ of its efforts to keep it confidential without releasing it to any third parties. |
| The Parties shall undertake to inform each other about the progress of products sales and significant market developments. At the same time, XX considers its suppliers and customers data as confidential, both during the term of this Memorandum and upon its expiration, and advises ХХХ not to disclose them to the third parties. |

Как вариант: The Parties undertake to inform each other on sales development process and all significant events in the market. During the term of this Memorandum and thereafter Company XX shall treat the information concerning its suppliers and clients as confidential, and Company XXX is hereby requested to keep the said information classified and not to divulge/reveal it to the third parties. |
