А можно ли перевести "В случае положительного решения налоговых органов" как if approved by the tax authorities? |

А если так и сказать - If the tax authorities make a positive decision and the amount of the non-resident withholding tax is repaid by the Customer, the Customer shall transfer the funds received [from the tax authorities?] to the Contractor's account. If the tax authorities reject the application for repayment of ____tax by the tax authorities, the retained sums of the non-resident withholding tax shall not be returned/refunded to the Contractor. Можно с "should", но не всегда так пишут в оригиналах. |
