Subject: SCCCS telecom. • Decodes addresses of local I/O peripheral devices by accepting IO_CS, RAM_CS and USART_CS CS lines from CPU. Outputs are SCCCS (peripheral is USART) and CS5/6/7_RD (local interrupts 5-6-7) accordingly.
