In order to allow adequate time for the parties to investigate the feasibility of formally establishing joint venture, it is agreed that upon execution of this Exclusive LOI on exclusive (720) seven hundred twenty days period to commence within which neither Universal nor ________ will negotiate establishment of a joint venture or enter into negotiations on this particular project. It is further agreed that Universal will commence its investigation into the project within (120) one hundred twenty days thereof.
