| Имхо, лучше shall a не will! Во всяком случае, в договорах в основном shall используют! Выполнение можно еще performance. |

| да меня этот will смутил , и решил вообще без него |
| Можете смело писать shall, мне давали на перевод договор, составленый англичанами, у них там shall сплошь и рядом! |
