'Airport arrival-and-departure board' (if it shows arrivals & departures). 'Boards' are usually vertical and mounted on walls; 'desks' are horizontal. |

Yep. 'information desk' is incorrect; that's more like a справочный стол. If the табло is for passengers but doesn't show arrivals & departures, you could use (say) 'information board(s)' or 'information panel(s)' or 'information display(s)', depending on where they are and what they're used for. |
