a. In case of demolition works CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR’s duties will include the followings:
 Define and agree with OWNER the procedure to carry out the work
 Comply with all lawful provision in force
 Ensure manpower and equipment safety, such as safety of any nearby structure. Any damage to the existing installation/structure will be restored at CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR charge
 Recover any store and any item that can be re-used as per instruction by construction management
 Remove, transport and discharge to authorised dumping area, and make clean the work area
 Install temporary fencing and day/night warning signals around the working area
 Avoid dust formation using wetting by water, as necessary
 Request and obtain any authorisation from local authorities
 Cut-off and restore any power, network pipes, sewers and utilities if any
 In case of subsequent or partial demolition works, in masonry and concrete structures, ***cut and clean of peripheral areas
