Подскажите, пожалуйста, как правильно перевести на русский date of shipment?
Это дата ОТГРУЗКИ или дата ПОСТАВКИ?

Контекст:
(из пункта контракта TIME OF DELIVERY.
If the contract does not come into force within 1 month after signature, the time of delivery will have to be negotiated between the parties anew.
The date of shipment is defined as date of CMR. )

P.S.: в словаре я видела, что это дата ОТГРУЗКИ. Но меня смутил старый контракт, где фраза The date of shipment is defined as date of CMR была переведена как Датой поставки считается дата отгрузки по накладной СМR).
