Subject: of these presents law не очень понимаю здесь это "of these presents"Буду очень признательна, если у кого-то найдутся силы подсказать The Trustees shall have power at any time or times during the Trust Period by Deed or Deeds to revoke or vary any of the administrative provisions of this Trust or to add any further administrative provisions in such manner in all respects (but subject as hereinafter provided) as the Trustees may consider expedient for the purpose of ensuring that at all times there should be a Trustee or Trustees of these presents and that the Trust Fund shall be fully and effectively vested in or under the control of such Trustee or Trustees and that the Trusts of this Trust shall be enforceable by the persons interested under the Trusts hereof always provided that the power conferred by this Clause shall only be exercisable if the Trustees shall be advised in writing by a solicitor barrister or advocate of at least four years standing practising in the Island that it would be expedient for the purposes of this Deed that the administrative provisions of this Deed be revoked varied or added to in the manner specified in such written advice and such power shall be exercisable only by the Trustees causing to be prepared and executed a Deed in a form appropriate to carry such advice into effect
