Company undertakes for a period of 4 years not to brand any battery toothbrushes with the Secondary Trademarks in the respective Licence territory (Black-out Period). Should the licensee decide to re-brand the Divestment Business before the expiry of the Licence Period, the Black-out Period shall be extended accordingly to allow for a maximum protection period of six years from the start of the Licence Period.
