The Service Partner is responsible for maintaining a solid stock of spare parts in order to fulfill the
requirements of Depot repair turn over time and Field service repair time as described in Sections 3.7.1.
and 3.8.3.
The Service Partner shall bear all costs of establishing and maintaining the solid stock. The Service Partner shall be responsible for the timely reorder to maintain the solid stock. The Supplier grants the Service
Partner a payment delay of 360 days for the first order to establish the solid stock.
