...ну, видимо, да, что же еще :) но вот возник другой вопрос: The Company proposes to issue up to --- new Shares (the "International Firm Subscription Shares") and the Selling Shareholder proposes to sell up to --- Shares (the "International Firm Sale Shares", together with the International Firm Subscription Shares, the "International Firm Shares") at the Offer Price in connection with the International Offer. есть еще один вид этих Firm Shares; которые, together with the International Firm Subscription Shares, the "Firm Subscription Shares" and, together with the International Firm Subscription Shares and the International Firm Sale Shares, the "Firm Shares". в одном месте только нагуглились обыкновенные акции Общества (Firm Shares) - но зачем тогда употреблять Firm? заранее большое-пребольшое. 3 |

Может что-нибудь из области первого значения слова - "твердый". То есть выпуск акций с "твердым" обязательством подписки на них, "твердое" обязательство продать акции и т.д. Хотя, это из области моей фантазии. Мне не удалось найти ничего, объясняющего эти термины. ((( |
