Спец терминологии не знаю - Выбор конкретных тканей (тела) будет зависеть от уровня имеющихся в наличии систем культивирования клонов и их пригодности для трансформирования конкретных пород |

Я бы немного подправил: Выбор той или иной ткани будет зависеть от имеющихся в наличии систем размножения клонов и, среди них, наиболее пригодных для трансформации конкретного вида. |
