Subject: условия оплаты Добрый вечер! Подскажите, пожалуйста, как корректнее сказать "Счета оплачиваются без вычетов, удержаний или зачета". Мой вариант: The invoices shall be paid without any deductions, withholdings or set-offs. Но как то некрасиво - особенно зачётыСпасибо |

м.б. все-таки offsets/ing(s)? invoices to be settled/paid (in full) without any deductions.. or payments shall not be subjected to any deductions or offsets imho |
