Subject: Trashhole Добрый вечер! Может у кого-нибудь есть какие-нибудь соображения относительно слова Trashhole?? Встречается в договоре займа в следующем контексте:The Borrower shall not, directly or indirectly, create, incur or permit to exist any Encumbrance on any of the present or future assets or revenues of the Borrower other than Permitted Encumbrances. Trashhole??? Судя по всему, это комментарий одной из сторон.. Может опечатка?? |
